HANDMADE IN BALI WITH NATURAL SKIN – A shamanic hand drum made by hand in Bali, with a natural skin head stretched over a wooden frame and laced to the back, so it has the tone and the feel of a properly made instrument rather than a moulded toy.
EVERY DRUM IS PAINTED DIFFERENTLY – The face is hand painted, and each design is done individually, so no two drums are the same. The one you receive will be similar in spirit to the images but will carry its own pattern and colouring.
BEATER INCLUDED – Supplied with a beater, so it is ready to play straight away and gives a deep, resonant drumming sound from the first strike, with no extra purchase needed.
25CM ACROSS – A comfortable size to hold in one hand and strike with the other, large enough to carry real depth of tone and small enough to travel, and it hangs well on a wall between uses.
NATURAL MARKINGS ARE PART OF IT – As shown in the images, the skin carries some natural discolouration and the lacing on the back shows some marking. This is normal on a hand made natural skin drum and is not damage.
