By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read understood and agreed to these terms & conditions. Please contact us before placing an order if you are unhappy with any part of these Terms & Conditions by emailing us at customerservice@thorness.co.uk

Once you have placed an order with us we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and the Thorness LTD for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Thorness LTD to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Thorness LTD accepts online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Delta and Switch cards. We also accept payment via Paypal.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. Please refer to our Delivery page for details.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are in pounds sterling (£). Thorness LTD is a registered company our VAT number is - 833834125

You may cancel your order, once it is accepted by us for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

If your credit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £5 of your loss. Your credit card company is obliged to take responsibility for the rest. We will use our reasonable endeavours to work with your credit card company to minimise any inconvenience to you.

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery times and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery occurring after the estimated date for delivery.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, specifications and descriptions on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended to give a general description of the products. While colour reproduction is a close representation we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation to colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

The offer in any e-shot delivered by Thorness LTD is valid on the web only when you click through via the e-shot and purchase. One offer only per customer. The offer is subject to availability on full priced items only. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Thorness LTD will be happy to exchange or refund an item within 30 days from the date of despatch. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

In the event of the need to return your payment, we will refund you utilising the same payment method as the original transaction.

Thorness LTD does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or of its members, agents, or staff for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided for above, neither Thorness nor any associated entity shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract or in negligence (whether on the part of the Thorness LTD or any of its members, agents, staff or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit or saving costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of products or their use or resale by you.

Thorness LTD will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breech of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform and of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Thorness LTD may assign or transfer any of its rights or subcontract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or subcontract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the express permission in writing of the Thorness LTD
